The apartment is located in a quiet and idyllic location on the outskirts of Tamsweg. The village is located in the southernmost corner of the
Salzburger Land, at 1024 m above sea level in the middle of Austria's largest UNESCO biosphere reserve.
Our apartment is lovingly and comfortably furnished. According to the motto, just feel comfortable and enjoy your time with us.
Within walking distance of the historic main square. There you will find good restaurants, bakeries, cafes and bars, various shops for groceries and daily needs. The bus stop (ski bus) is just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
Our Apartment
The living-dining area with open kitchen offers enough space for 5 people. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a meal together with the whole family.
The apartment has a beautiful entrance area, a fully equipped kitchen with 2 coffee machines (filters and tabs), electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, bread slicer, toaster, kettle, dishes, glasses and much more.
Living area with large leather sofa, flat-screen Smart TV and internet radio.
2 Bedrooms
We have made sure to use a lot of wood and sustainable products. It was very important to us that the sleeping places were free of electrosmoke, earth rays and water veins.
Bathroom with spacious walk-in shower area, hair dryer, underfloor heating and glazing bars.
Toilet: with hand basin.
Storage room: washing machine (for a fee) drying rack, ironing board and iron.
Entire apartment is equipped with wooden floors or tiles, underfloor heating, living space ventilation and external electric blinds.
Covered loggia with terrace furniture and sun lounger. Since our apartment is surrounded by 2 private gardens, there is the possibility to enjoy the sun all day in good weather.
If required, we offer a baby cot, a high chair, child and children's dishes. Quietly located at the back of the resort there is a small children's playground.
There is a heated ski room and bike room in the house. The rooms are locked. Access with the apartment key.
The car can be parked free of charge in our private parking space in the underground car park.
There is a KEBA e-charging station in our parking lot in the underground car park. If you wish to use it, please let us know at the time of booking. The charging station is activated and the key is deposited.
In addition, our guests can use our private parking in front of the house free of charge.
