Cancellation & Prepayment Policy: Guests can cancel free of charge up to 28 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation in the 28 days prior to arrival, the guest pays an amount of 50% of the total price. 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the booking. A deposit of 25% of the total price is due at the conclusion of the contract. The balance of the total booking amount must be paid up to 28 days before arrival.The booking is binding as soon as the deposit is visible on the landlord's account.
Rental price and additional costs: The agreed rental price includes all flat-rate additional costs (e.g. for electricity, heating, water, internet). One-time bed linen, towels and cleaning per stay are already included in the rental price.
If an intermediate cleaning is desired, this is possible on request and will be charged extra.
When the full amount is visible in our account, the access code for our key safe will be announced.
Rental period Alpinum Residence Lungau: On the day of arrival, the landlord will make the rental property available to the tenant from 4.00 p.m. in accordance with the contract. On the day of departure, the tenant will hand over the rental property to the landlord vacated by 10.00 a.m. at the latest, in a swept-clean condition. The tenant has to do the following work himself: switching off appliances, closing taps, washing dishes, emptying the trash cans (except glass), close the windows and lock the front door of the apartment.
Obligations of the tenant: The tenant undertakes to treat the rental property including its inventory with all care. The tenant must immediately notify the landlord of any damage incurred in the rented premises, unless he is obliged to remedy them himself.
